The pick up of all trash, which inc\n...\nludes the bagging and preparation for commercial pickup\n2. Vacuuming of all carpets\n3. Dusting of furniture and partitions\n4. Strip, wax and buff floors and stairways\n5. Shampoo carpets\n6. Clean lavatories and lounges and replenish supplies essential to the use of the building.\n7. May be assigned other duties essential to the maintenance of the building.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nPhysical capability to climb and work at heights to perform moderate to heavy manual labor. Ability to\nunderstand and carry out written and oral instructions.
